Weird music. Local elections. C-list super heroes. These are just a few of my favorite topics to write about. I'm eager to tell stories that people care about, and I've done that writing for community newspapers, student and professional magazines and blogs.

As a reporter with ten years of library work behind me, extensive research is my comfort zone, and I can quickly become and expert in new topics. But I'm not just a writer, I'm an editor, videographer, designer and social media liaison.
